yes he got fired for a tasteless joke. which i think sucks. some people just need to get over themselves. wasn't funny but nothing to fire someone over.

i have around 150 old airchecks from uncle greaseman...from his old daze at WAPE in jacksonville, florida in the late 70s up through his syndicated show in the early 90s...even have 2 vinyl lps of his in my collection...

'makes me wanna pin on a badge, strap on a gun and become a real lawman!!!'...

and what i fimd to be a darn shame that greaseman is busted to doin' a show on an AM station in washington, dc while no-talents clog up satellite radio...

EDIT-WOW!...i just re-discovered 2 vhs tapes i have of doug doin' his show at dc-101!!!...gonna watch 'em right now!...
