Does anybody remember Presto Supermarkets?

Question

They were in the north of the UK I think most of them became Safeway which are now Morrisons. Did they have TV adverts, and what colour was their logo, etc.

yeah we had one about 20yrs ago in cambridge, when the grafton center first opened. It only lasted 6 months then it closed down. Blue writing on a white backgroud i think.

I remember Presto.

And we had 2 in dumbarton. A big one that became Safeway and a little one that became Kwik Save.

Oh I also remember William Low's.
