Does anybody remember Star over the Bay the race horse ?

Star Over The Bay was a great race horse. He was well loved by everyone involved with him from the owners, trainer, and most of all his jockey. Tyler still gets teary eyed when he talks about him. Tyler is a good friend of mine and I had the pleasure to go to the Breeders Cup with Star at Lone Star Park and was unfortunately there in Singapore when he broke down coming for home.

  Star Over The Bay will always have a special place in my heart.

I remember Star over the Bay, he was a beautiful animal, he reminds me of my horse who is also a gray but mine still has a lot more color where Star is like his Father Cozzene who is just about pure white both beautiful creatures.  It is heart breaking to say the least when this wonderful sport has to bring us such heartbreak at time our wonderful four legged heroes will not be forgotten.

yes, he was a super turf star a few years back, when he ran his best, he was had to beat, but when he ran his worst he would run dead last.
