Does anybody remember a fast food place named "Salem Trader" that sold "Yankee Fried Chicken"?

The locations were in the Albany, NY area. One was on upper State St. in Schenectady, near the old Mohawk Mall. The other was near the traffic circle in Latham on US 9.
