Does anybody remember the short film about the guy who goes abroad and buys a cow for a poor family?

Because he didn't trust charities and their ethical gift schemes, he went (to China I think) and personally bought the cow, then found a family that needed it and gave it to them. I'd really like to find that film if anybody remembers where it is or who he was etcetc....
