Well Brisbane didnt actually deserve to win. The better team was Melbourne and Brisbane won out of sheer luck. I doubt Brisbane will even make it to the Grand Final, let alone win the premiership two years in a row.

P.S- I'm actually a Brisbane supporter :P

No way. Lockyer is out for the rest of the season due to injury. Every team has one key player: Thurston (Cowboys), Smith (Storm), the Roosters have gone from one of the best teams to struggling to not get the wooden spoon since Brad Fitler retired. The Eels have not won a premiership since Peter Sterling left in '86. And Newcastle's have struggled in recent years when Andrew Johns was injured. Lockyer is one of those players.
