Does anybody tried and have small biogas plant in the Philippines? how it is now ?

i am studiying to build one to supplly cooking gas for normal 3x daily cooking.

I don't really know.  BAck in the 70's when I was a kid my father told me of people using LPG in jeeps.  When I was there in the Philippines I heard of people using alcohol.  Where I was from, sugarcane is a major crop and alcohol is by-product of one of the processes they do in sugar refinary.  A friend of ours used methanol from piggery for gas fuel in cooking.  I have not been in Philippines for almost 10 years now.  I  don't know who has what and how are they doing.
