Yes perfectly well and I even speak to them in Hindi and ask them all about Delhi, Mumbai Bangalore or Pune !!!  Im not Indian but I like to tease them because they think they have an English accent!!!!!

sometimes, but not very often. i have to go thro non-uk call centre to speak to someone at my bank and trying to explain to them what my point is, is a waste my chuffing time and money.

No, that's why they're employed by large conglomerates.  We don't know what the h**l they've said, until we get the Bill.

Yes I can understand them perfectly well, and if they mis pronounce some words you usually know what they are saying by the context of the sentence. As we live in a multi cultural society maybe you should brush up on your listening skills!!
