Does anybody want to get rid of a large swimming pool?

  1. John, if you are looking to get a used pool, check Craigslist, for starters. you can find people that may have one listed in your local area.  Also.. remember this is that, once dismantled, swimming pools may not go back together perfectly.  In other words, when re-assembling the pool, you may run into problems.  Also, the Pool liner could shrink, and get brittle too if not properly taken care of in the time from being removed and re-installed.  Once you remove the water from the pools, the liner does become brittle especially if the sun beats down on it.  IF this happens, you will probably have to replace the liner, otherwise you will run into many tiny holes and lots of water loss.

    Not to mention that if this does happen, and you do have to replace the liner, you are going to lose all the water that you just put in there in the first place.
