my daughter worked at a michaels where we live...they werent too bad..there was an interview "test" which was done on computer...she also have a paper application to fill out..she worked as a cashier, or stocker or FE manager, depending on what they needed..she liked it somewhat, but ppl there for a long time, like a few years..hardly ever got raises..one lady who worked there for almost 5 years wasnt even making $10/hr...
