  1. u must be deaf


  2. Bad codec

  3. volume may not be up high enough

  4. Have your hearing checked.

  5. i had that problem just a little while ago,,i had the mute button on,,,,,,it is over on left side by the volume control,,,,,,,then i did it again but remembered to check my mute button,worked  fine then

  6. take it off mute
