Does anyon know how to get a product in stores such as Walgreens, Duane Reade, Walmart, Filene's Basement?

You should call the corporate lines and ask for the buyers info.  Walgreen's has many buyers, they are called purchasing managers and there is one for each department (diagnostic, sleep aids) *categories may vary.

You will need insurance for your product before they will even hear your case.

You need to submit products to the individual buyers, which you can find and setup meetings with at tradeshows, or you can pay for a company to do it for you.
