Not the WHOLE Bible. The Jews believe in the Old Testament and the Muslims believe in the first 5 books of the Bible with a few variations. Other than that I don't think anyone else does. No wait, there may be backslidden Christian who still bekieve the Bible is the inerrant word of God but they just don't follow it. I was once there myself.

If yes, then the obvious next question is "why"? If one considers the book the "Word of God", one would be foolish not to follow its teachings, no?

Most faiths believe that the primary dogma of their religion is either the direct word of god (torah for the jews/tanakh) or divinely inspired (vadas, qur'an, bible). Most religious believers reject the texts of other religions as being incorrect. Non-believers generally completely dismiss religious texts except from a parable point of view.

Im a christain, and I DONT believe it is inerrant...the word of god yes, but the bible did not arrive by fax from heaven...it is a product of man. However, I do believe the authors were guided by the holy spirit.

And you HAVE to assume that during the many revisions and translations, something was skewed.

And anyone who reads Revelation and take it literally is ignorant...John was describing stuff as best he could...If he saw nukes and choppers and tanks...how else would he desribe it other than the sky peeling back, locusts and demons, repesctively

You kinda have to have an open mind when dealing with the bible
