That just looks like a simple braid design.  Use 2 strands (each strand of floss contains 6 strands of thread) of each color floss and braid loosely.  As the other poster stated, you can buy the floss at Walmart.  It comes in big bags with lots of colors, or you can buy them as singles on a little cardboard spool under the brand name "Anchor".

There is a LOT online about making friendship bracelets. They are inexpensive and so much fun! You start with embroidery floss, found at walmart, the fabric store or the craft store.
