There are lots of bars with numerous tvs. You just have to ask them to change the channel. In the west end, near Dundas & Kipling, there's a place called The Musket.

There is a sports bar at Dufferin and Dupont that shows German Soccer.

I know Loose Moose has all the sports packages.  If you call them, they can probably tell you if they are showing a particular match.  It located on Front and York.
