  1. Yes, I love Shepherd Smith. He's our little Mississippi boy.

  2. It's the highest rated one... more viewers than the rest with second place far behind.

I find it the only fair and balanced news product out there. There are so much more news that the others doesn't deliver and it keeps you better informed. They also beat the others with breaking news because they have so many more journalists. Much larger than the rest.

Many have been indoctrinated by the liberal press since they were children and believe most of the conspiracy theories the liberal press spoons feeds them so when they hear the truth they think the truth has to be much more complicated.

It's just like the tabloids that will have a two headed frog on the front page and blame it on the stream it was found in as though the water is contaminated instead of simply being a genetic defect.

As far as Bill O'Reilly, he is far from being a conservative and most conservatives know this. He supports gun control, abortion, g*y adoption, and against the death penalty. His thing is about exposing liars. He does this very well and many are liberal.

Keith Olbermann, the sportscaster turned tabloid journalist has made his career attacking O'Reilly as though he is a conservative because O'Reilly targeted him as a liar early in his transition to cable news. He has pretended for years that there was some race to the ratings between him and  O'Reilly, where in fact Olbermann only has a fraction of viewers of O'Reilly.

Typical liberal press is for those who are easily swayed and the naive that easily believe in conspiracy theories. Let's face it, fantasy is much more fun than hard cold facts that Fox delivers, but most of the people in America are mature that watche news and don't have time for the hype so they tend to watch Fox instead of the other liberal press.

There is a lot of jealousy of Fox so the other news providers try their best to come up with stories that are different. Let's face it, if all they did was report the same thing as Fox they would just be copying "old" news. So they twist things and try to make it appear different as though they have reporters on the ground digging up different information where the truth is, the actually put a slant on stories that really isn't the truth.

We saw this happen a lot in Iraq.

Remember the surge that wasn't working?

Fox had their reporters on the ground in Iraq reporting events as they happened. The liberal press didn't have anyone and kept reporting it wasn't working. The liberal press took a gamble and twisted stories to make it appear it wasn't working but in the end we saw how well it worked and the liberal press couldn't deny it anymore.

Fox followed it from the beginning. This is why those troops over in Iraq watch Fox instead of the others. Imagine your local television telling you that it is raining while you are standing outside sweating in the heat. That is how obvious it is to them.

What's funny is that every day Olbermann was saying how much he cared for the troops and how the surge wasn't working and just getting more troops killed. He kept building on this until O'Reilly showed a segment of our troops watching TV outside a mess hall and one guy was thumbing through the TV and hit upon Olbermann and all the guys starting laughing where you heard one loud voice say, "lamer!" Fox broadcast that over and over a few times and that was when Olbermann stopped saying more troops were being killed and got on the bandwagon that the surge didn't accomplish our goals. O'Reilly exposes liars and usually to their extreme embarrassment so they will do their best to pain him in a light that they think the public will like least.
