He may not be a great cricketer now but i think he can develop into a great cricketer. He just needs some experience. He is also a great fielder and his leg spinners are very handy.

Yes, but perhaps not for the reasons you are thinking. I am fed up with Lancashire signing players from elsewhere, rather than developing their youth system, and bringing players through the ranks.
