Agreed.  what is the point?  It looks like it would wreck your hip joints after a few years of it.  If humans need to go fast  - run.  Otherwise walk at whatever pace feels comfortable.

Well those 'dumb' looking athletes are in the olympics winning medals, what are you doing? Sitting your kiester making rants.

I agree it is stupid, but it takes an extreme amount of skill. I was watching the Olympics and they race/walked 20plus miles and didnt even slow down.
