  1. I do believe in the paranormal, its just that you have to wade through so much phoney stuff to get to the real thing. I think your power of premonition is valid. But like you said, some people will just think your not right. I do have a website with ghosts and such. You are welcome to check it out.

  2. oo thats weird

  3. that sounds pretty scary. i would put a video camera in your room and hit record when your about to go to sleep. see if your  body does anything weird. i also saw this thing on the discovery channel where they put baby powder down to detect energy of the paranormal being moving across it (it worked for them). you could get in bed and put the powder down and if it happens to you check the powder. also there are recording devices that record voices of the paranormal ( i think its called EVP).

  4. I believe in the paranormal.  I've never had something actually touch me, but I've experienced some weird things.

When I was a kid, my mom, sister and I were in a roll-over accident in a Chevy Blazer.  Even though the Blazer rolled over a couple of times and landed on it's top and the top crushed (they were only fiberglass) none of us were hurt more than a few friction burns.  My sister and our poodle were thrown out the back window after the spare tire broke out the glass so they didn't even get cut.  I wound up head down in the diaper bag behind the back seat.  The bag had been sitting on top of the spare tire but somehow it stayed in the car when the tire went out.  Mom stayed in the front seat and was able to crawl out the front door window.  She thought I was under the vehicle and was able to lift up on the car to check for me.  Some people call the whole thing luck, but I believe our guardian angel was taking care of us.

Also, after my grandpa died years later.  I had something weird happen.  I was living in a small apartment with a really small bathroom.  My toilet paper holder was a set of ceramic things that were screwed into the cabinet next to the stool.  I was in the livingroom having just gotten off the phone with my mom who told me about him dying.  I heard a clunk sound come from the bathroom.  I got up and went in the bathroom and found the toilet paper holder on the floor.  Only half of the set of ceramic things were there.  I searched the whole apartment and even outside and never found the other half of the thing!   The part that was still there wasn't broke and the screws that held it in place were still in the cabinet.  I was living in Oklahoma so there was no earthquake and it was a lovely day so it was no storm. What did that do you suppose?

Besides that, I'm a Christian who believes that what the Bible says is all true.  There are many passages in the Bible that talk about angels, demons and spirits being real and interacting with people.  If the writers of the Bible who were writing down the Word of God believed in supernatural beings then they must be real.

  5. I have to agree that it sounds like the start of astral projection, and if you panic it makes it worse. Try taking a deep breath and relaxing. The thing to remember about these experiences is while you can't move, you aren't being hurt. Chances are it's a spirit guide, ask, out loud. Tell him what you're experiencing and that it's frightening you. Chances are he's trying to take you into that meditative state, to relax you, so he can give you messages. Focus on how you feel otherwise--do FEEL threatened? Do you feel physically held down, by hands and arms and legs? Or you just can't move? Are you scared because you feel threatened, or just becaues you don't understand what's happening? Fear is by far my greatest enemy, it's a natural instinct to fear this stuff, but I don't feel any danger around you. In fact, I get the sense it's sort of a lack of communication, or a mis communication.

The voices you here are spirit voices. When you fall asleep your brain falls into like a meditative state that's just ripe for spiritual contact. I get the same stuff. I can't walk into my room without hearing them.

sounds to me like you need to learn protective techniques and how to control what comes to you. White light is the best way. Make it a habit that before you go to sleep to wrap your entire body, aura included, in pure, bright white light. I like to imagine it as God's light, and I see it coming down from the sky and entering the top of my head (my crown chakra), filling me up, then surrounding me completely. You'll be safe from negativity. you might visualize the same thing only for your entire house.

Tell your spirit guide that only those who are of the light and will do you no harm can come to you, but that all negativity, darkness and evil must leave. It's YOUR gift, and YOU are in charge. I've had the same sense, but my spirit guides are angels, and we have a telepathic link, they know when I'm frightened, they know how much "sleepy juice" I used to call it (to help me relax and get into that meditative state) to give me, so that if I want to move, I can, whenever I want to. They just make me feel like I don't want to.

    good luck. Peace to you.

  6. I had a mystical experience in a Native American reservation, we did the Peyote ritual and I had the chance to talk with the spirits of my ancestors, it was something incredible.

  7. I've heard of this happening to many many people, they describe the same stuff you're describing except no one mentioned hearing people talking and laughing. Anyways people seem to think that's when a demon jumps onto you.

  8. some of these paranormal experiences come from brain/physcological damage at a young age, this can be seen from the fact that many people say so or so happened when they were 9 or 10 or whatever.

  9. That thing that happened was called sleep paralysis.

If you go even futher and watch yourself as your body falls deeper into sleep ( but keep your mind awake ) you can project out of your body. It's called Astral Projection. I do it all the time.

I have spoken to two of my dead cousins and countless other "dead" people.

and have gotten many "profound messages" about my life by spiritual beings.

oh...and you can fly too ( that's the part where people stop listening to me and think i'm crazy ..but it's true )

Most people try so hard to get to the level that you just described. I think you have it naturally.

  10. I have had times where I knew where things were and had never been there. I have had dreams of things that were going to happen and then they happen. Once I had visions for two years my mother was in a car accident and it finally happened. Luckily she was not hurt nor anyone else. But I wouldn't be afraid of it. I think of it as a gift that sometimes can prepare us for something that might not be so nice.

  11. Hi, sounds like Mikey and  Hislady gave you some good insight into the wonder ful and nature world of astroprojection.ESP effects most people particularly in the teen years and after many block it, it can be quite helpfull and fun too.Voluntary astralprojection can take you anywhere.  Want to soar up the Grand Canyon , no ticket needed and it takes no fossil fuels (the stuff the bad guys are hurting us with).  The weight is your own body in a fashion.  Want it less dramatic talk to your inner self and your subconscious and tell it so.

Recently my lady and I had a "Twilight Zone" experience.  We were headed to a bar we want to check out.  for some reason though we knew where it was each trip something blocked us.  One night we made our right turn down a one mile dirt road but it went on and on.  It was a foggy night.  We drove while saying "there is no road here" but we were on it and eventually turned around and drove back to the intersection anddrove home.  Next day I drove it alone, yep, it wasn't there.  I expect I'll take the multiple hints and diversions and avoid going to that particular roadhouse.  No problems getting to the others.
