I have been taking 200mg of Thiamine every 12 hours for about 5 days now. Last night, I took 200mg of Thiamine then went to sleep. It took me quite a few hours to fall asleep, then I had a few dreams that I knew about but I was not actually aware of it whilst in the dream. My fourth dream in that night, the dream started getting more vivid and clear, and on the fifth dream, I was actually fully aware I was dreaming WHILST dreaming, I could actually feel the reality-like density and the gravity in that dream whilst dreaming. It was a good experience but a weird and scary one at the same time, because I panicked a little whether I am going to get back to reality or not.

I also experienced a false awakening whilst trying to get out of the dream, I fell asleep in the dream, and experience a sharp rapid falling sensation and woke up again but still in the dream, and then I woke up in reality.

Does anyone on here reckon that Thiamine may play a role in Lucid Dreaming?

  1. i think the dream episodes were caused by the kidney's desparate attempt to remove Thiamine toxin from the blood stream. they normally rest at night. If this is not being done under a doctors supervision, then you need help fast.  you are taking a 2,600 % overdose.

  2. Why are you taking that much thiamine?

  3. no
