I believe we landed on the moon. However, a few people I know believe we faked the moon landing.

Does anyone believe we did NOT land on the moon, and if so, what evidence supports your belief?

Thanks all. Take care. :)

  1. We were on the moon, they brought back moon rocks.

  2. Do you also believe fossils in museums are fakes?

We have physical evidence of the moon landings!

Also all those launchings at Cape Canaveral over the last twenty years or so ... where do you think they go if space travel is a fraud?

    MMM?

  3. It was all staged in a Hollywood set!

In the pictures they took in space the flag is waving, there is no wind in space.

there for we did not land on moon.

  4. People who say things like "They faked the moon landing" are morons.

Their worlds are no bigger than their own head. And they like to hear themselves sound "smart".

But, in reality, they are idiots.

How do you explain the thousands of engineers, technicians, mechanics, and astronauts that were involved in this endeavor?

How do you explain the Soviet Unions reaction to the moon landings?

Stupid useless knot heads is all they are.

I say we round them up and send them to the moon.

    Without a spacesuit.

  5. Some people act as if wishing, hoping and wanting something to be true does make it true. Some are perverse and love to believe such stuff as this that makes governments and scientists seem foolish and/or sinister. I have seen articles, books and TV shows that refute the absurd tales about the Moon landing being faked. The evidence is overwhelming that men have landed upon the Moon.

  6. xD are you serious? that's hilarious!!!! of course we landed on the moon!

  7. The evidence that we didn't land on the moon is extremely shaky.  If you go to wikipedia and look up moon landing conspiracy, you'll see their claims, plus counterclaims that argue we DID land there.

Personally, the fact that 1,000s and 1,000s of people were in on it is very strong evidence that we DID land on the moon because it is ABSOLUTELY impossible to keep a secret among that many people.

    EDIT

and another thing:  we weren't the first country to learn that we landed safetly on the moon.  Australia received the radio signals first because the moon blocked the signal as they came around and Australia was clear of it first.

    ...

RaeRae is a perfect example...she is talking about something she knows nothing about and thinks that *proves* something.

The flag is not waving.  It is rippled because they stuck a wire through it making the flag NOT flat.  This is because the flag would hang limp since there is no wind on the moon, but they wanted it to look cool, therefore the effect was -intentional-

  8. Well, actually we landed on the planet "cimorebuttz" and umm it's a pretty interesting place if you asked me but you can get back to me on that one.

  9. That's pretty sophisticated hollywood camera-tricks if they did fake it, considering it was the late '60's (I believe) when they landed on the moon. I believe they did land on the moon. How could we go into space now if we didn't then?

My husband is the skeptic though. He's the type who believes it was all done in Hollywood, though he's never told me why he believes this.

  10. I believe it. It would be interesting if we faked it. I guess the evidence would also be faked so who do you believe unless you're a scientist with access to this stuff they brought back from the moon...

  11. No, we never "went" to the moon, and I am Ronald McDonald selling my "Big Macs". OF COURSE WE WENT TO THE MOON! Tell those guys that they are IDIOTS!

  12. Man if the Russians found out then it's the terminator all over again. Judgment day.

  13. The best rebuttal to allegations of a "Moon Hoax," however, is common sense. Evidence that the Apollo program really happened is compelling: A dozen astronauts (laden with cameras) walked on the Moon between 1969 and 1972. Nine of them are still alive and can testify to their experience. They didn't return from the Moon empty-handed, either. Just as Columbus carried a few hundred natives back to Spain as evidence of his trip to the New World, Apollo astronauts brought 841 pounds of Moon rock home to Earth.

"Moon rocks are absolutely unique," says Dr. David McKay, Chief Scientist for Planetary Science and Exploration at NASA's Johnson Space Center (JSC). McKay is a member of the group that oversees the Lunar Sample Laboratory Facility at JSC where most of the Moon rocks are stored. "They differ from Earth rocks in many respects," he added.

"For example," explains Dr. Marc Norman, a lunar geologist at the University of Tasmania, "lunar samples have almost no water trapped in their crystal structure, and common substances such as clay minerals that are ubiquitous on Earth are totally absent in Moon rocks."

see caption"We've found particles of fresh glass in Moon rocks that were produced by explosive volcanic activity and by meteorite impacts over 3 billion years ago," added Norman. "The presence of water on Earth rapidly breaks down such volcanic glass in only a few million years. These rocks must have come from the Moon!"

    that would be like saying

    elvis presley

    bruce lee

    hitler

    janis joplin

all ate at my house last night n i sold tickets to see them all at 500 dollars a piece lmao
