Does anyone cruised on the National Geographic Islander?

I am going to the Galapagos Islands on board the National Geographic Islander. Does anyone have experience on this (or any other) National Geographic ship? What can I expect of the room accommodations? Land excursions? What sorts of things should I bring that I might not have thought of on my own? Any other tips would be great. Thanks!
