i have tried a few different ones and i tend to find that the best site is www.valuedopinions.co.uk they actually pay you money instead of points although you can only swap the money for vouchers, but the vouchers are quite good i get mine for tesco and put it towards my shopping. if you are looking for ways to make a bit of extra cash becoming a mystery shopper is really good, a good website is www.retaileyes.co.uk hope all of this helps!

Anything can be made into a scam. You just need to pick the right ones for you. These paid surveys are good and free. I have been with them for some time now and i do well. The trick with them is to join a handful of paid surveys companies to maximize your earnings as some surveys sites only send out 1 or 2 surveys a week.
