Does anyone eat or take Natto (nattokinase)?

I'm looking for something with blood thinning properties that is natural. I heard of the Japanese fermented soy product natto and it's powerful blood thinning properties. It comes in pill form as well. Anyone take it, use it, eat it, know about it?

  1. i looked on some websites and: i heard that it prevents heart attacks and strokes. and i think it is a little like cheese, and it is superior to other drugs of its kind.


  2. I is not good to self medicate.Thinning the blood can cause excessive bleeding. If you have a medical problem it is always wise to consult your physician
