Does anyone else HATE travelling?

Often I hear people raving on and on about how they just love to travel all over the world. Commonly they say that the most exciting and fulfilling times of their life are when they are in a foreign country.

I don't know about all of you, but I just love being at home myself. I like the routine, the comfort, the relaxation, the familiar people. I just love being at home.

Is there anyone else out there like me who prefers staying home to travelling, or am I the only one?

I have a few relatives who are like that.  They've never been outside New England.  Nothing wrong with it - people should do what they enjoy, whether it involves traveling or relaxing at home.

i love it aswell!! i hate boats so i don't go anywhere on them!! i love staying at home for the same reasons as you!! its so much more relaxed!!

i have never travelled, but i can tell you i am pretty sure i would love anything that gets me out of the hole that i live in

My mum does!

She cannot stand it, and only goes to france for weekends.

And that's about every 10 years!

(By the way, I live in London and France is very near)

So, yes, I always nag my mum 'cause she don't take me on holiday!

But I guess its not her fault.

I don't care for the getting there part.  Once I am there I am better.  I am with you though.

And the nice thing about being at home is you are not spending any money. You go out the driveway and the money is draining from your wallet. I am with you.
