one of the few things he said that i can find any flaw in.

if we don't worry a bit about the "planet" then I think we will succeed in hastening our departure.

I like 7 words you cant say on TV and the religion is BS routines the best.

I always agree with George Carlin. He may have been a comedian but he was also a  very smart man.

Yes...........I agree. We will kill ourselves off. The planet will survive.

I like Carlin, but I disagree on this one...

a few world leaders hit a few red buttons... and life as we know it ends...

of course in a few 100 million years, Earth will get back on it's feet after that...

but I'm not really worried about the Earth, it comes back... I'm worried about our ability to live on it... and stay alive...

and we can clearly have an impact...

I remember seeing that performance on TV.The opening in Jurassic park by Micheal Chriton,in the first paragraph of the book says almost the very same thing.

Very true.  That why I don't buy "climate change" or 'global warming" because the Earth will do what it has to do to survive even at the expense and extinction of mankind.

Remember, the global warming theory came from the same animal that made a claim less than 100 years ago that man had built a ship that God himself wouldn't dare sink it.  That ship never completed its first voyage because of an iceberg.
