Does anyone else experience this when they are on the pill?

Question

i have a really really brown period and ive seen on other questions that it is quite normal...but is it? also does anyone else have the problem with having constantly swollen b***s (talking to girls mainly with big ones), mine normally get massive and sore for a few days when I'm on a normal period but when I'm the pill they are always sore and big, its really depressing.

all of that is normal. if you feel like you are eating too much and start to gain weight maybe try a different brand of pill. some birth control pills cause women to gain weight.

Yep. This is my first month on the pill. Right now I'm just finishing up the placebos. The first day I started bleeding, it was similar to yours. Now it's a really heavy flow, which is annoying more than anything else. I also have the hunger issue. Just what I need. I didn't experience swollen b*****s, but I do know that's a common side effect. My doctor warned me about it. You're totally fine. Though you might want to try a different pill if the swollen b*****s are too painful.

My period looks weird when I first start, too.  I'm a 36C, and my b***s are also swollen and sore for a few days at a time.  And yes, I'm hungry all day, every day.  It's just normal.

I was on the NuvaRing for a month, and my cramps were beyond horrible, so I switched back to the pill.  So the symptoms you have are normal.

this is all normal, and yes you will be hungry all the time as long as you are on the pill

The blood is darker because it is not flowing as quickly as normal giving it time to start drying out and flow slower.  So yes this is normaI. I get really tender b*****s also.  That's why I don't understand people who want bigger ones.  When Aunt Flo comes to visit I just want to put them on a shelf.  Not to mention the back problems.
