or having too too many friends? I feel I cannot be super gregarious physiologically as it really overwhelms me..anyone else feel like this and why is it the case?what does it mean for you?It is so dizzying for me as I i feel i get a sense about a person, about their character and their superficial social persona is invalidated then and it exhausts me befriending everyone. Does it make me a bad person as such?

  1. yeah, totally!   The bombardment of people, noise and events pervades your sense of personal space. I think it's connected to the mask we all wear in social situations and it is tiring to negate our sense of self.  The more intune you are the more this affects you because of your awareness.  When you find that moment to escape you actually feel the tendrils of the crowd break away and you have your whole self again. I have nearly fainted, get clumsy, my words as I think them don't exit my mouth the way they should. When I remove myself, I hear the silence.

It feels like everyone is plugging into you on some level and transferring some of their consciousness your way.

I think, among other variables, it's a matter of being in-tune and aware.

like being awake in the matrix.

  2. what the??!

  3. It is not abnormal to feel uncomfortable in as large crowd. It can make you feel claustraphobic, even if you aren't usually.

And, it can be exhausting to talk to a lot of people some days. No, you are not a bad person. That is the best answer I can give you ,as your question needs to be formed better in parts of it.

  4. You're not the only one who feels this way. It doesn't mean you're unfriendly or unsociable. Some people feel uncomfortable in noisy, crowded places. When you can, get together with friends in small groups, or in quieter venues.
