Does anyone else feel like it's fall already? Are you excited for fall or are you wishing it would stay away?

For me, every season has a 'feeling' for it - and I love fall! I love the crisp weather, and crunchy leaves, and fall colors, and Halloween - pumpkins, trick-or-treating and costumes - Thanksgiving and family gatherings! I'm excited! How do you feel about fall?

I felt it Tuesday August 12th, it felt nice. I like the fall because it is a break from the summer heat. And a sad reminder that winter is near.

I totally feel the same way! Where I live the weather already seems less humid. Like the temp is the same but the air isn't as heavy. And I love everything about fall; the weather, the leaves, the holidays, the clothes and shoes lol....fall is the best!

I'm right there with you!! Fall is definitely my favorite season! The weather is perfect and GORGEOUS, and it's so fun to be outside, especially at night! And Halloween is so much fun! And, like you mentioned, Thanksgiving and family get-togethers! Totally an awesome time of year! You can smell leaves burning and cook-outs....ahhhh...just LOVE IT! =D

I am! I like all of the things you said and the fact that I'm not so tired of going to school yet.  I love from late September to Thanksgiving. Then I get in the Christmas spirit! Fall is one of my favorite times of year.

Fall is my favorite season, I can't wait until September. The weather is perfect, not too hot or too cold! Plus once Halloween comes, all the other great holidays are just around the corner! I'm already so tired of summer and all this heat! Bring on Autumn!!

I agree, the weather here in Chicago has been real mild.. Definitely not a typical August.

I feel fall is creeping in.  It is a lovely time of year but I love the warmth of the summer.  Autumn reminds me of winter coming on and how much shorter daylight hours are.  I love lots of sunshine and longer days, so after Halloween, I feel sad.

I love fall.  It's usually gorgeous here in New England with crisp clear weather and beautiful bright leaves...but it's been so stormy here this summer, and I haven't been to the beach enough so I'm sad to see the end of summer.

We really didn't get much of a summer this year. We hardly used the A/C at all. It rained pretty much every other day and I never had to water the grass or garden at all. I love fall too, but it's too short. Then comes winter, which in my part of the world is wicked and wild. So, while I love fall, it is a bittersweet time of year...

I was just talking to my friend about that today. I LOVE fall weather.  The air is just so refreshing and that cool breeze in the night. It just feels so right. Good topic.. I agree with you..

For me, everything seems to calm down and get better at Fall.  I hate the hot weather and when it cools down a bit, I feel more energized and have less stress.  I love Halloween and taking my kids pumpkin picking.  There is no greater time of year than the month of October.

I guess you can say, I'm excited for fall, yet even though I haven't been in a classroom in 20 years, I still get that 'back to school feeling' on the evening of Labor day every year.

I agree with you 200%!!!  I LOVE fall and cannot WAIT for the cooler weather!  I live in VA....so we're a little ways away.  October is my favorite month.  I love when the leaves change and the air is crisp and wearings boots and sweaters!  I love it all!!! :)

P.S. And pumpkin spice coffee creamer and lattes at Starbucks.....pumpkin scented candles.....

There are things I love about each season.  Right now it's been so HOT where I am that I'm starting to look forward to the cool down.  I also can't wait for my children to be back in school.  They're getting bored at this point in the summer, and bordom = fighting.  Grrrr!  Also, I love Fall clothing, Halloween, and Thanksgiving.  I love pumpkins, raking leaves, and the crisp Fall morning air.
