Does anyone else feel like they need three hands to operate a dual pump?

Am I missing something here? I have a really good pump (an Ameda Purely Yours). What's the trick?

I had the same problem for about a week. My arms were sore from trying to hold both bottles at the same time. Then I found this awesome "bra" that frees up both of my hands.

Hold one flange with your forearm.  Hold it from the bottom.  You'll have to practice making sure you have a good seal all the way around on both sides, but soon you'll be able to eat lunch while you pump.  What a blessing that is!
