  1. It will just be .....less

  2. Today is a day of mourning. Tim Russert was one of my favorite TV hosts. My Sundays will not be complete without him. Goodbye Tim! : (

  3. No question about it......

I looked for him to get to the truth of the matter. If he was given a B.S. answer he would hone in on it and keep after the person until he got the answer. But he also knew where to draw the line between personal lives and Politics and he did not go over that line and was never abusive.

    He will be missed.

  4. ..and he'll never find out who won. :(

  5. I looked forward to his show every Sunday. The native Buffaloian was one of the greats I don't know who can replace such a fine commentator.

  6. I do. I didn't always agree with him, but he was courteous and professional on the air. And had a terrific sense of humor.

"Florida, Florida Florida" I will never forget him holding up that board during the Gore-Bush election.

  7. Definitely less informative. Rest in Peace my friend.

  8. I saw him putting Clinton through the ringer, what fun it was to see her squirm

  9. I'm much more about print and online than TV news, but the man knew his stuff.  He leaves a large gap behind.

I have been taught that people die only after what they need to do on Earth is done.  Between Tim Russert and those 13-year-old Boy Scouts in Iowa, well, that comforting little theory got blown this week.

  10. I don't watch shows like "Meet the Press" much.   I am not that into politics and some of the subjects they talked about.  But, I thought Tim Russert was one of the finer journalists.  He will be missed by many.
