Does anyone else find it incredibly boring and annoying when people talk about marijuana?

I can't STAND It when I come across a "pothead" and all they talk to me about is marijuana this, marijuana that blah blah BLAH. Oh my gosh it's so boring! And pathetic!

when I find out someone smokes marijuana I feel such a sense of disappointment, because I can no longer hold out any hope that they are interesting or unique.

Am I alone here?

Its a personal choice that people make.  Not everyone has to be interested in what you talk abotu either. Not everyone is the same!

yeah, i get what you mean. the only time it doesn't really bother me is when they say, "tried it once, didn't particularly like it". This gives them the knowledge of what they aren't doing, while they still don't do it and maintain a level of intelligence thats not just over retarded.

Well there is only so much to say about marijuana, but I would NOT say that people who smoke it are not interesting and unique...actually quite the opposite! I think the only interesting thing about your question is the word marijuana!

also, my best friend became a pot head a few months ago, nowi dont even wanna be his friend anymore cuz all that comes out of his mouth is weed, weed, weed, dude, weed!

i hate it. BUT not at all pot heads talk about weed all the time.

not at all. you just have to keep an open mind about what people want to do. just because you don't think it's the right thing doesn't mean it is. you should show respect towards other people's personal decisions and what they choose to do with their lives. it doesn't affect you in any way.

I find it annoying when people are judgemental. Not everyone who smokes weed is boring. I'd much rather have a conversation with somebody who is high than someone is judgemental and talk about how much weed is wrong. Who cares? I mean why does nobody feel so strongly about drunks??

As of this past school year, I was reacquainted with an old friend. Found out that he does and sells drugs. (Was pulled over a few months ago). Anyway, for lunch, I sat at a table with mostly druggies. Half would ask for money when they already had it... (which annoyed me to no end -- since they were saving their own money for drugs) and talk about how "baked" or "fried" they got last night, and how its all that they think about.

I really feel bad for them more than anything. Every avid druggie that I have come across has had at least SOME short term memory loss. "Weed" is worse for you tar wise than cigarettes, as well. You're not alone.
