Does anyone else get really cold hands and feet?

lol this sounds stupid, but no matter how hot i am, whether i've got a fever or not!! I always have freezing hands and feet, they are also quite small, and i sprain my ankles and wrists easily, or dislocate, the same with some of my fingers and thumbs
