Does anyone else get sore kidneys first thing when they wake up?

I've been getting pain in my kidneys every day when i wake up. I know this is sad to say but it's been happening for 1 year. The pain is getting worse so i will be making a trip to the doctors very soon. Has anyone experienced anything like this before?

yes i randomly get it all the time at first i was getting concerned b/c i also wake up with back akes and didnt know then one night i woke and realized that my dog was kicking me and pushing me in my sleep so if you sleep with a pet (or a restless love one) this could be the cause.
