Does anyone else get this, or am i the only one?

i was wondering if i am the ONLY person in the world who gets random sharp pains in their body. They don't last long probably 30 seconds at most. It isn't all the time, but random times.

example:

I'd be walking down the street and for no apparent reason my arm would start hurting ( not on the verge of tears) like a slight stabbing pain. Then it would go away.

I'd be lying down and my thigh would start hurting, for no apparent reason. Then it would go away.

This doesn't happen enough to call it bothersome, but it happens enough to notice it. If you understand what i mean..:P

What's up with that? :S

I'm 15, so I could be growing?

I told my mom, but she just says "don't be so foolish" and passes it off.

I've always been like this, does this happen to anyone else?

Yeah, it happens to me. I'm 14, and it's happened since I can remember, most common place is in the middle of my forearm.
