Does anyone else have a milky white dripping discharge first thing in the morning?

I'm 37 weeks pregnant and its the worst in the morning but sometimes its during the day too.

Hey ladies I don't think I'm pregnant but when i wake up in the morning theres a white liquid dripping down my thigh. Could this be an early sign of pregnancy?

P.S. It just recently started happeneing...
