Does anyone else have fussy babies? ?

I cannot get my nine month old to eat anything that he needs like meat and vegetables!! (except for carrots) so i let him eat fruit.. which is only what he eats! anyone got any advice for this? i am getting very frustrated and very worried

  1. You might try saving fruit for dessert.  After he has eaten the

    other food, let him have some of his favorite.  As long as he is

    getting his formula/breast milk, he should be okay, so not to

    worry to much.

  4. Don't stress too much. As long as he is still getting plenty of breastmilk/formula then he is getting the nutrition he needs. The first year is supposed to be more about experiencing tastes and textures than getting nutrients (although try telling my daughter that lol).

    Always offer him some veg or meat at the start of the meal before giving him what he wants, keep trying mouthfuls of it throughout the meal.

    You could also mix some veg or meat with his fave fruit and gradually wean the fruit out of it.
