Does anyone else have problem communicating with some colleagues at work?

Anything I can do to make things smoother? I try to be nice when I ask. I try to even explain why I'm asking. I want to help you and give you the right info and not just anything. I'm keeping my options open. This is a cake job at times but it's also a difficult job at times.

Unfortunately you aren't the only one that has this problem.  There isn't anything wrong with you asking him to clarify or for more info on what it is that he is trying to ask or say.  If he wants appropriator answer, than he needs to make sure you understand what it is that he's asking.  Right?

Well, I do>! and I hated it! It makes me feel STUPID sometimes :((

Anyway, im working under engineering field, and it is SO stressful to be in my situation. Ask Q's is a ROUTINE!

yeah some ppl dont listen or want to listen....for real communication find that with Pisces ppl...
