Does anyone else have problems with My Coke Rewards site?

I can finally enter the codes, but can't see the rewards. Also they are asking for a survey, but it only has one question and then I get a message that says I need to fill in all of the questions- where are they?

You should be able to see the rewards clicking on the "rewards and sweeps" link at the top of the page and then the "browse by points" link.  As for the survey, don't waste your time.  They don't give you anything for completing it.  If you do want to complete it, you just answer the questions on the first page, press ok/submit and it should take you to the next page of questions.

My 15 yo daughter saved caps for MONTHS and faithfully entered them to get a ADIDAS gym bag. She ordered the bag, Coke deducted her points, she never got the bag. I called them to complain, sat on hold for 40 minutes & was promptly disconnected. I think Coke rewards is a big rip off !!
