ok well i play lacrosse.

and in the season my coaches were lazy.

before practice started after school we would all have to walk over to our field to practice.and my coaches would friken drive there cars over most of the time. it was only like a 2 minute walk over to our field from school. and then after practice they would drive their cars back over to school. while we all walked.and during one practice when we were just running back and forth catching. i look over and i see one of my coaches laying on the ground trying to get a tan.it really pisses me off that were always doing a bunch of hard work. while they sitting on their butts and talking about us. the most active thing i saw them do the whole season was put some cones out for a drill.and show us some stuff to do during a game if we have the ball.it just makes me mad to think about. and im not the only one who feels this way.basically all the players thought the coaches were lazy.

  1. Who cares?

The only thing you should care about is:

1 - Do they teach me how to be a better player?

2 - Do they show up for practice?

    3 - Am I lazy?

  2. I know how you feel! At summer gym my coaches would just sit there and watch us run around the track a billion times. They would drive their cars while we just had to walk across the street, very annonying.

  3. Whether the coaches drive or walk to the practice field is irrelevant to the job they perform. Your concern that practices are not accomplishing much is legitimate. If a majority of your teammates agree, then you should write a letter to the athletic director or principal expressing your concern that the team is not receiving the quality of coaching necessary for success.
