Question:

Does anyone else have severely unequal testicles...?

When I was in 4th grade I got kicked in the crotch by a girl, and it broke a vein that had to be removed by surgery when I was about 20. Because it wasn't removed sooner (i didn't know), it pushed down on my left t******e, and when it was removed, the left one stayed about an inch lower than the right.

Over time, the left one has become much bigger (like about the size of a kiwi) and the right one floated up to the top and got small, about the size of an olive, and sits snug up to the base of my p***s. In certain weather it all shrinks up and sort of looks normal, but when it's hot and hangs down, it's pretty obvious one is really big.

The unfortunate part is that if I ejaculate too much, like 3 or 4 times in a day, the little one starts to hurt, like it wants to crawl up into my abdomen. Does anyone have a similar situation, or any advice what I might do about it? I'm 40 and have 2 kids so I don't need it to produce any more sperm, but I do like to ejaculate and would like to keep that as healthy as possible for the rest of my life. Any info or opinions appreciated, thanks.

  1. Most testicles do not hang evenly if that is what you mean. But one the size of a kiwi is really big and one the size of an olive is really small. Go to a urologist.

  2. Track down the ***** that kicked all those years ago and sacrifice her with a mighty kick to the crotch.

  3. my left t******e is like twice as big as my right. i dont know why. but my testicles dont hurt when i m********e.

  4. Why don't you keep it down to twice a day - maybe too much activity is causing plumbing problems.  There comes a time in a man's life when it is not necessary to have to prove himself to anybody.  Now could be your time!

  5. You might try not ejaculating 3 or 4 times a day.
