...people do this "&&" instead of "&" or "and"? I mean, it's like saying, "I had a peanut butter and and jelly sandwich". It's ridiculous! Who agrees?

I haven't seen it, but I agree. I also hate the shortening of words on the internet/in text. It makes me cry when I have to shorten a text (to get it under 160 characters) by writing things like "4" and "u".
