when i was young i used to suffer really bad nightmares . i would even wake up in phisical pain and loads more that would take to long to describe . at about the age of 14 my leg was being pulled down the back of the radiator and i said f***k off and ever since over the last 26 years i have become more and more in control of my dreams . i have been caught out on a number of occasions especially when changes have occurred in my life , and i mean caught out with night terrors which have caused bruising from falling out of bed and not waking up . but being in a stable enviorement for the last 9 years i am really finding the ability to control a dream or even to enjoy a nightmare as i know it is not real and on one occasion i shot a wearwolf with a laser however stupid that sounds but a bad dream turned funny and though asleep i knew at the time i was asleep and changed things so i did not want to wake . dont know if i should say this but it still falls short on anything of a sexual nature

  1. This is called lucid dreaming.  It's the best.  I had a psychology professor to tell us that in order to have these lucid dreams we should ask ourselves while we are awake, "Am I dreaming"  Eventually while dreaming you would do this and know you are dreaming.

  2. Some people think dreams are just dreams..Sometimes they don't make sence but if you put it together right..you'll notice they're part of your normal life ( of whats going on ,whats bothering you, even things from the past ..check this website tells alot about dreams..you can even post your dream and someone will explain it to you..but its up to you to put the pieces together =) http://pub34.bravenet.com/forum/28635665...

oh I do that too,I learned to control my dreams, I'll even come back to where I left off..but lately, I only see glimpse of it ,but it still tells alot..

  3. I remember on a few occasions I've been dreaming and my conscious mind could think on it's own while my subconscious mind was still dreaming. Once I was heading into what was resembling the start of a bad dream (I was in a dark creepy looking room with skulls on a table) and I remember my conscious mind thinking OK I need to open my eyes so it will go away so I struggled for a little awhile then my eyes opened I don't understand it.

  4. Sounds familiar... Don't let your dreams and reality get mixed up. It's like looking in a broken mirror. And soon you won't have to sleep to dream.
