  1. ha ha ha ha, i am finding this question so funny, and the answers too! lol

  2. where do you see those sings

  3. I like the one on the main road outside a hospital near us.ARE THEY TOUTING FOR WORK.Sorry its just my warped sense of humour after 35 yrs as a Paramedic, stay safe.PAX.

  4. yes, absolutely !!

I thought black spots were far more dangerous before those signs informed me otherwise !

I don't think it makes me drive faster, but it does make me laugh that the highways agency think that people will think the odds are bad.

Example: there is one on the A4 near Maidenhead that says "3 deaths in 5 years". I used to think this section of road was a nightmare but when you take the 3 drunk drivers who crashed late at night out of the total, it seems the road is very safe !!

  5. why dont they say " thousands not killed in 9 years " ha ha ha.

  6. I think the same thing about the "Work Zone - $250 Max Fine" signs. I would be more worried if that was the minimum fine and the maximum was left to my imagination.

  7. how many people take their eyes off the road to read them...

then spend time thnking about the accidents instead of concentrating on driving?

  8. Hi Stephen,

I had a crash last year whilst reading one. It was only a slight bump and no-one was hurt.

  9. I dont because I keep my eyes on the road at all times.........
