Does anyone else love love love chicken sticky rice?

Question

It is a Dim Sum dish and I have been eating it since I was a toddler. Most people who see me eat it think I'm crazy but I find it more comforting than chicken noodle soup!

I do love it and I love all kinds of sticky rice dishes as well. Thai sticky rice desserts are particularly wonderful.

Oh man, that sounds so good.  I want to try it!  

I love chaofan but I've never had one with chicken before.  Must try!

Sorry... I just hate sticky rice...

In my opinion rice grains should be separate and not sticking together...

But there are many other Chinese dishes that use sticky rice that are equally heavenly as your beloved Dim Sum.  For example, have you tried:

1)  Lotus leaf rice with pork spare ribs;

2)  Cream lobster on a bed of sticky rice (here, the rice absorbed all the juice from the lobster and is far more tasty than the lobster meat itself);

3) Chicken wing stuffed with sticky rice (this is rare in North America as it takes a lot of time to prepare).

I hope I have opened your eyes to go beyond just chicken sticky rice?!
