Does anyone else say...?

Question

"pop" instead of soda? I do. What about "bug" instead of remote? I do that too. Does anyone else? Maybe it's a Michigan thing, I don't know. Just tell me if you say anything uncommon in place of something common. =]

um well i don't say either of those, but I know that pop is a northern thing cause Canadians do it to. never heard of bug

I say pop...but most canadians ...if not all say pop.

OMG, I'm from Michigan too and I know alot of people [who don't stay here] say soda instead of pop. I always say pop!! But I don't call the remote bug!!

No, but a friend of mine from Pittsburgh says pop too, I had no idea what he was talking about at first.

I'm from Illinois and its mainly people from central us that call it soda, but east coast calls it pop, so sometimes people hear pop, and then just stick with it. But for the remote, I've never heard of bug. I hear clicker a lot though.
