  1. The best thing to do is become confident in what you are presenting by doing your best to understand the content.  The nervousness (due to lack of knowledge and modesty) will turn into anxiousness (due to preparedness and modesty) which you will eventually become comfortable with after practice.


  2. yep i shake like crazy, which results in my voice shaking. but i'm brave enough to do it, it's just that i get kinda nervous

  3. Yes, sometimes, and I'm a teacher!  It's mostly in front of adults that I shake though. Try to relax your arms or perhaps rest your hands on something.   I find it helps to sit down if I'm giving a lecture.  Standing makes you feel more exposed.

  4. i used to hate that yrs ago at school, i used to stutter and go bright red.

  5. yes i find it soo nerve racking reading out to a crowd of people so yes i do shake

  6. Oh yeah! Even though I tell myself, it doesn't matter what other people think, I can't help but be nervous and shake.
