Does anyone else thing that Crysis is actually not a fantastic game? Or am I the only one?

Yes it does look good, but I dont see that actually translating to fantastic gameplay.

I loved bioshock, quake series, doom series, half life series, halo series. Am no stranger to first person shooters, and am usually happy to play them through.

Got bored with Crysis and put it down. Everyone seems to think its such a great game. Am I the only person on the planet that thought it was pretty average?

Well if you consider it "pretty average" then I think you are alone. It is a decent game with good graphics. It may not stand up entirely to its hype. But it is worthwhile nonetheless.

No you're not. I think its a boring, generic FPS with nothing going for it except its graphics. Seeing as I place more importance on gameplay and originality than pixel crack, it has nothing going for it for me personally.

I didnt like it too. Far Cry was much better.
