Does anyone else think BellSouth's customer service is HORRIBLE?

I asked them to cancel my internet service effective yesterday, and I am sitting here on the internet. They never follow through with what I ask, and I am going to have a fit if the internet is still working tomorrow.

Are they good to you?

Yes and they will lock up your phone making it harder to get new service. i now use voip and love it. ckeck out this website to get some great deals and service. you can get all you need at this one site.
