Question:

Does anyone else think Vinci Strings (acoustic) are terribly hard to play?

Literally 'played 'em till my fingers bled' and I didn't play for that long either. Truss rod adjustment, filing the nut or just simply changing the strings. What would you suggest?

  1. I've never played using these strings, but after reading a number of reviews, I have NO desire to even try them. The "hard to play" aspect leads me to believe you could try a different gauge string, but I might be best to simply buy a different brand. Do NOT make any adjustments to your guitar without first trying other strings. If you still find it hard to play, then take your guitar to a pro and have them check it out.

    You must also remember that playing until your fingers bleed is quite common in beginners. It's the price we pay for the callouses we develop and can then be glad that it will never happen again!
